House is 25 years old. Windows probably made by Better Bilt. Channel balance is 27 inches long with identification of 26 4 dj. How do you remove the window to be able to install the replacement parts and re-install the window. It would be helpful for a step by step description. Thank you

I don't have a picture of the part in its entirety, every part in my house is broken. It is clear, and holds the spring loaded rod in place with the lower window. The windows were installed in the house in 1988 and have no markings, name or numbers. Thank you for your time. Korey ... (cont.)
