I need help identifying the channel balances on my windows. I have attached 5 pictures, I have plenty more that I can email, if you need them. 28 inch 1/2 inch balance. stamp _ 2740 TN also 198 .The Bottom shoe i believe is 15-004 and top is 19-037 Glazing bead i think is 55-202-6 bronze let me know what you think also the rollyson top sash guide 18-118 looks like it would work also and the take out clip 16-002 ?

Can you identify the proper top sash channel balance guide i need? I need the top left side part. If would work with the S371-31 channel balance, if this helps. Thanks for the help. Tom

I would need 4 of these balances. I need to go back by the house today as there are smaller windows in the bathroom that need balances as well. I will get the sizes of them as well then order them all together.

The small clear plastic endcap that attaches to the window has broken. The balance will not stay inside of the window unit because the endcap is broken. I have been able to identify the balance part number 2730 0. I'm not sure how to get the window out of the frame to be able to remove the small bro ... (cont.)

Hello guys, I received my orders and I'm very happy with your service. While installing the balances, I realized one of my windows is missing the sash cams/guides. I searched but couldn't locate them on your site. They're made of aluminum. Thanks in advance for your help.

All of my windows are beginning to break. First the plastic parts at top of channel balance. Channel balances getting stuck. Entire bottom of window fell out of one window already.

On the 24" length, the number is 2340. On the 16" length, the number is 1540. From your diagram I determined this is 371 series. I have 6 windows that would require both sides to be replaced, which should be 12 balances.These are the 24" length. The 16" length I have 3 windows that require both side ... (cont.)

But I can tell you what it does.. It goes at the top of the sash in a aluminum window from 1980 I think the company name is rauwling or rollings? out of Ohio .. Can you confirm this info ? This is the part that the balance hooks on to raise window. I need about 20 of these or something like it. Or ... (cont.)

I am in the process of replacing the channel balances and noticed these inserts that sit in the top of the bottom half of the windows are broken in most of the windows. They are broken on most of my windows and didn't know if you guys sold item like these. Thanks, Nicholas

Additional parts that are from windows to hold channel balance in place need to be replaced as well. Jackiee S

House is 25 years old. Windows probably made by Better Bilt. Channel balance is 27 inches long with identification of 26 4 dj. Two plastic end caps, right and left, need to be replaced also (see photo). Also, is there is any type of lubricant that can be used to help with the opening and closing ... (cont.)
