19-014 Spiral Window Balance Cap, 3/8"

I think this part retains the spiral balance. As you can see it's missing on one side of the window. Do you have a replacement? Thanks for any advice!

Good afternoon, See attached pictures. I need to order (12) balance they are 16.5 inches And i need (4) 22.5 inches both are 3/8 red tip. Please advise as I didn't see any 1/2 inch sizes on the website. I also need the plastic ends for the top and bottom. Best,

I am looking to replace these. Red 3/8" x 27" Long. Not sure what of clip this is. Blessings, Jesse

hello, these windows have become very difficult to lift. I assume the spiral balances are loose or bad. I see that I can remove them from the top by removing the screw but I'm not sure how to remove the clip from the bottom. The spiral balance is 3/8" across the face.

What dos this do...? I don't think my windows have these... where would they be located on the spiral balance? My balances have a piece of plastic on the outside.. will the metal one be ok to replace them? Thanks Jerry

My guess is a 3/8 series 301 15-011 (based on shoe shape) No names, numbers, or markings found. single hung non-tilt. Length is 22 1/2 inches? see photos Thanks for your help Gary
