S390-33 33" Series 390 Channel Balance

Hello I recently moved into a house with a single hung window with both channel balances missing. I have removed the sash and it measures 34" x 35" with the visible window pane to be 30.75" x 31.5". I don't see any label that indicates the manufacturer of the window. With the variety of channe ... (cont.)

1/2" X 33" - has 3230 inscribed on side... see pics Windows are 23 lbs. Also broken hardware on the window frame in some cases. Alum. clips the latch the hook on the string. Are these easily replaced?

I have a number of 1/2-inch channel balances that need to be replaced. The markings are "32 3 FT CMC 2". What do I need to order to replace it? I included photos of the OEM channel balance, although I have used a 3130 in the past that I was able to locate locally. Thank you, Mike ... (cont.)
