S390-33 33" Series 390 Channel Balance

Having difficulty identifying replacements given the shoe measurement and stamp. Any assistance helps. Thank you!

My window size is 32" W x 35 1/2" H. Manufacturer was ATI Windows. The length of metal piece (channel) is 33". The stamp on the channel is "DB 102 3230" as you can see on the first picture. Please identify it and tell me your part number so that I can order them. Thank you, Hank

Apologize I do not have a photo of this installed as it fell out of my lower sash when opening my window. I have two large Hurd Vinyl clad windows I'm no longer able to open due to this hardware failing. Would be looking to replace on both windows to get each lower sash working for the summer! Strug ... Dear Swisco, I need to order a replacement channel balance part for my window. I measured the width which is 1/2", and the length is 33". The weight of my window is 28 pounds. This part helps lift and hold my window in its frame. The window probably weighs twenty-five to thirty five pounds.

Hi, I have a window balance stamped 32-4 BM5 CMC 9, it is 1/2" wide, it appears to match the "S351" end sets from your ID page. I have attached photos of the ends and the stamp. The Aluminium section is 33" long
