The unit is 33" long and 1/2" wide. The original window manufacturer was IWC. I need 5 ea channel balance shipped via Ups expedited. Can you tell me the total cost.

Hi SWISCO! Topic is block and tackle window channel balances. I have removed the two balances from a single hung non-tilt window, as the window was not operating properly. We live in an old 1907 loft building that was converted from a warehouse. The windows did not stay up, so we replaced the channel balances with new ones. The windows stayed open for a day, but now they barely stay open.. We used the same stamping balances that was in the window...33" stamped 3240... ... (cont.)

My neighbor has what looks like the same type balance except longer. The shoe is identical to the one that is shown in your video on how to replace a balance. The #'s are 3220. Hello, My current channel balance bent. I can read " 33 5 BSI RN" printed on the metal, but I am not sure it is 33.5 or 33 5, since the channel bent exactly between those two values. Is there a standard size of "33.5" ? Or is the 5 a value for another attribute of the channel balance? ... (cont.)

The channel has 32DS BSI 43 stamped on it. The window weights in at #42 The channel length is 33" x 9/16"

I think I need 33" Series 390 Channel balances Channel inside width is 1/2" The top matches the size of 19-002 The bottom matches the size of 15-001 (1-1/8 deep) The marking is 32 5 Caldwell FM The windows weighs 26 lbs. Should I order 3240 for 23-28 lbs. or 3250 for 28-32 lbs ?

I have several windows of various sizes (installed 2002) that have broken Channel/Sash Guide clips. But which ones are they? The channel guides have 29 4 NL BSI stamped on the side. Just want to be sure that I have the right top/bottom pieces on my 33" long 1/2" channel balance. Looking at your website, I'm guessing that the top is a 19-002, and the bottom shoe is a 15-002. Since it's a 34 pound window, I'll spec it as a 3260. Please confirm. Thanks.
