We are looking for parts to secure bifold steel closet door by Benchmark. Most likely need to replace missing spring and cap to fit the track. How much vertical adjustment is there in this part. I have new carpets and need to raise doors at least 1/2 to 1 inch. I want to get new springs and clips, can this be done? Thanks.Paul

I'm trying to repair 2 Benchmark steel bi-fold doors. One is 3 ft wide by 8 ft tall; the other is 2 ft wide x 8 ft tall. The top pin on the 3 ft door needs replacing (on the leading edge) and the top and bottom pin on the 2 ft door needs replacing (on the leading edge).

This is a picture of the top track for metal bi-fold doors. I have a 48 inch opening.

The pin is 5&7/8", cap has outside diameter 7/8", with the tip being 3/8"diameter, spring is 2&1/4", and clip fits over a 1/4" diameter pin. I am in need of 3 of the above described.
