I'm looking to replace a pair of non-tilt channel balances from my storm door window. Wanted to make sure I selected the right replacement part.

I bought some Series 800 balances, order 1348800, but they don't hold my window open. Is it because the top sash guides are broken? I've seen two questions where customers shwed pictures of these top sash guides, but you never recommended the correct replacements. It was 77-60649 and 77-40323. Wha ... (cont.)

I have found the series 800 - 23B and 29B channel balances I need but I have a shorter one that is stamped 11B and the metal channel measures 12 inches.I saw on another post that you can offer "custom" channels balances. Hi I am replacing the top guides and spring/block and tackle hardware for (2) windows the actual window frame aluminum is 5/8 in cross-section, and the spring-channel part is 3/8"...I have included pictures but let me know if you need more... Thanks Rob

I have a stamp on the balance that has the label above tha 2910 that reads DB L02. What does this mean?

Hi...I have this exact balance that I need to replace on a couple of my windows. Only the stamp on it is 30A witch does not match with those you have listed for this one.
