Hello, my very heavy sliding mirror doors have rollers marked ACME 4011 roller in a 4012 frame. They appear very similar to your 23-041, except that the nylon roller thickness is 3/8" not just 1/4". So the 23-041 ends up slipping through the track slot. Do you have a roller which is thicker, ... (cont.)

I have a mirrored sliding closet door with a broken roller assy. Pictures are attached. Part # looks like 17-4254-000 made by Stanley Does Part# 23-041 replace this part. If so is it in stock and is their a Cdn distributor. Thx Bruce

Both rollers on one door have flat spots and the door is difficult to move on the track. The instructions list "Accent 210/215/220/410/415 Prism 320" #4016 is listed as the bottom roller assembly. Which of your parts do I need as replacements?

Hello, I was referred to you for a part on our Stanley Monarch mirror sliding doors series 329 Medallion door. Please see attached the part we have on 3 wheels but missing 4th part so sliding door was very difficult to slide now we know why.

Does your 23-041 replace these? If so how much each? Can they be bought locally?
