S751-37 37" Series 751 Channel Balance

Hello, I have a client who needs the channel balances in her windows replaced. They are 9/16" wide and each section of the window is 37" tall. I took one of the broken ones out and the only marking I can find is 36XHD stamped on one end. Any idea of which part I need to order? Thanks! Isaac ... (cont.)
