I've attached some pictures of a semco channel balance. It is 37" long and has a stamp of 36TG. It is a cream or beige color.I ordered a S751-37 from you guys, but that wasn't the right part. On the metal frame that the spring is in it has a number j. 36tg on it The instruction paper in the channel says K & K. Our home is 25 years old. Any help would surely be appreciated

I need to replace balancers on two Semco double hung windows that are dated 03/95

Took a picture of what I could find of the broken parts. The sash balances have 36ds 49L stamped on them and the cam pivots are about 1 13/16 high 1/2 wide and 13/16 deep. Hopefully you can help me find the proper replacements, I would appreciate any help!

All windows in my house have the same balances. They are all double-hung wood sash windows. The house was built in 1986. I talked to someone earlier this morning but have had trouble getting the photo to this post but here it is I think. The picture is of the 34HD The windows were ordered in 1987 I need to replace following balances: (2) 34HD TS8 (2) 36HD TS8

The metal u channel is 37" long. Only marking on channel is "36Z" The pulley ear that connects to the spring broke out. The plastic stops at the top of the track on both sides are broken. I called Swisco and was recommended that I send pictures. Here are the parts I need to replace. The two balances on each side need replacing and this track that goes in the window frame. Regarding replacement of 1987 Marvin EZ Tilt channel balance ID code on kitchen windows is 36X BSI DO. Is this enough information? Which replacement do you offer?
