For this window, I need to find the replacement rod. It appears to be a pre-1995 Andersen awning window. Unlike the product you sell this has 2 rods each about 13 1/2 inches long and there is a connector in the middle so only outer sides have holes where you screw them into the window. I provided ... Left hand and right hand opens. Need Anderson crank, brackets, bottom of the window fulcrum/pivot bracket, and bracket that goes in window case.

Hi, I have two adjacent windows that are in need of some parts. They both have the mechanism built in, but one of the casement/cranks is missing the proper screws (shown in pictures) and was just sitting on the sill. Need replacement left window casement operator

casement window operator - dual-arm operator.I don't have the measurements.

I need the whole operator. The existing one opens the window but can not close it; it pops out.

I need to replace the entire mechanism that cranks open the window. The plate cover on the crank is labeled Anderson. Hello i have a Anderson casement window . It will work going out but not in. The plastic plate is cracked. Do I need to replace just the plate to make it work or the whole thing? Also do you have the replacement part? Thank you Jared

Hi, there is nothing to identify the window that is legible that this crank is attached to. After the window was open the crank did nothing to help close it. The wind shut the window. Can you help me, I'll find out any other additional information you need from me to help you. Thanks in advance ... (cont.)
