Roller on the bottom of an aluminum sliding window. Single, flat, metal wheel. Window track depth is 3/8" and track width is 7/16". Groove width in the window track for the plastic roller part is 5/16". Entire roller part is 1 1/2" long, 5/16" wide and 7/16" high.

I need four replacement rollers and screws for window that is 23 inches wide and 45 inches tall. Each roller is held by one screw. Current rollers are plastic with metal roller. This is an old house and all of the windows are like this. Most of the part is broken and couldn't find a good part at all. I need to know the right part and will order bulk to fix all of our windows.

I found on your website part #87-175 Tomray Tyco 66 Window Roller 3/8 flat wheel which looks to be the same as what I have. My window isn't sliding well anymore and I thought if I add new rollers it might help.

I haven't been able to determine a manufacturer as of yet, they were installed by a subcontractor for home builder in 1992. They are single pane windows.

I am looking for 3/8" dia. concave steel (?) rollers in plastic housing like the one shown in the picture. The casing is 1 9/16" long, 1/4" wide, and 3/8" high.
