Where can I find this part. Window won't stay open

Need a right and left side window balance

I did not see any markings on the coil balance so I provided pictures of the widow information label. These are single coil balances. The part with the coil measures 3" long by 3/4" wide by 5/8" deep. These are flush with the channel surface. The part with the pivot shoe measures 2" long by 1" wi ... (cont.)

Only identifier on the balancer is the letter H. Unknown window manufacturer. Uses T pivet bar. Weight of the window is 22 lbs.

I need 2 replacement window coil balances for an Anderson window installed in 1987 or 1988. The sash weighs 8 pounds. The only marking I could see is CO on the round metal pieces.
