24-431 Andersen Sash Balance, 419, 425, 431

What is the correct replacement for Andersen Sash Balance 11600-17, also shows B44 #19 4 87? On the back side is stamped 11600-3. Also what I beleive are patent numbers 35455 and 1967 CAN.

how the heck is the plastic piece across top of 11600-17 supposed to come out? we managed to get one out and see that there is a metal box on each side of top-- sash balance box, i guess. and how is that sash balance box supposed to come out? thanks!

I need to replace both balance boxes to an Anderson window. The stamped number on the boxes is 11600-17. And opposite that is JJ 5#27 3 87. Which replacement part would you recommend? Thanks, Bob

I've got to replace a few counter balances. I saw a posting stating that the 419,425,431 would work. Got those, installed a pair, but no dice. They are too weak to support the window. Do you know the pull strength of the various models or can otherwise direct me towards another model? Thx ... (cont.)

Hello, The sash cable broke on one of my my anderson windows. The markings on the old sash balances are 11600-17 on one end and BD4 4#19 2 87 on the other end (see attached photos). i have a andersen 11600r-2(stamped) with other numbers of J1 5#27 3 84...on the back side it it stamped 11600-3 with stciker of 36x20 single 1/1 lite can you assist on replacement part. the unit mounts with two holes located in the center of the unit
