I have broken balance strings on three windows.

thestrings come from a unit in the top of the case and attaches to the windows allowing them to move and be in place. My window marking on my Anderson is Cig 2 3 94.6

Need a sash balance for this part number, picture shows both sides. I can not find the 3 digit number that most people are referencing but the home was built in 1986.
