I purchased the acorn replacement 81-03 rollers and they fit but my contractor says they were a touch larger than the originals. This assembly is broken, the bearings and wheel have given out. I would like to replace both of them but am having no luck in finding them. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. This door is extremely heavy.

What weight is each roller assembly rated for?

Our old roller assemblies from a Millard Sliding door need replacing and Luik very similar to your 81-149 rille assemblies, however, we have spacers that slide into a channel...it looks like your assembly may have a slit/spacer track to slide our spacer into?? Do the wheels in the 81-149 stainless housing have ball bearings, or sleeve bearings?

The door was made by Certainteed in 2005. The model number is: New Castle XT SGD P.L. #070-066. I saw a rail part # 80-106 on your web, but its rail is off-center a lot (the one I have is more centered). I have no idea about wheels because there are so many different types on your web. have what looks to be 81-128 rollers in the anderson 400 fwg series. homeowner wants stainless steel. my question is can the 81-149 replace the 81-128 ?
