23-119 Bi-fold Door Adjustable Bottom Pivot

very flat topped panhead. 9/16" from top of head to bottom of screw. Approx. 1/4" diameter (no gauge on hand.) This if from an older bi-fold closet door.

I have a mirror closet door that has a broken plastic holder for the screw that is part of the swinging mechanism to open and close the door. Part of the plastic broke off.

What kind of tool can I use to unscrew the screw part (my example is screwed all the way in but I need to make a height adjustment)? What kind of tool can I use to remove the entire pivot assembly and insert a new one?

Hello - I have a bifold door purchased in the early 80's. The bottom pivot pin has gotten lost and I can't find a replacement. It isn't the little pivot pin, this one is about 1/2 to 3/4 in diameter.
