Product code 26353 is this the same item since my existing components are offset Center which would mean a left and right

This is the foot that goes into the shoe on the top window of the double hung window.

The Pivot bracket on the lower sash of my certain teed window snapped at the angle. Temporary fix is JB Weld. The material looks to be some sort of cast.

The attached photo is a pivot bar 103-2 for Certaineed tilt window that I need replacement for. Width is 5/8 inch and length is 2 3/8 inches to the 90 degree bend. The short side length is 7/8 inch. The lenght is the oval post is 7/8 inch.

Received my order of 26-353 and 26-317, installed and well / easier than I thought. Just have to take your time. Only problem I have is when you close window two locks are not able to lock. Hello, The pivot bars (left and right side) of the window broke when I pulled the window down to wash it. I am trying to order the parts as all the local glass shops around won't help. Let me know if this is possible or if the parts are identifiable by the pictures.

I can not find the sash pivot shown on the attached photograph. The windows are certainteed installed in 1998. There is a marking of 102-2 on the bottom of part. I purchased 26-353 from your catalog but do not fit. Any help would be appreciated Walt

I had ordered part number 26-175 : CertainTeed Pivot Bar, Pair but it is too wide at the base and will fit in the channel. picture attached showing the difference in width from original. I believe it is called a certain teed pivot bar. The number on it is 103-2. The pictures I've attached show it broken. I need to replace it. I've ordered one in the past but it was the wrong piece.

I got parts a couple of years ago for my windows, I think they were window pivot bars #26-353. Can you tell me if the tilt latches 26-288 and 26-289 will work for the same window? I ordered a certianteed pivot as the measurements and general appearence was the same but this one has an offset pivot. Do you think you have something for this?
