26-353 CertainTeed Sash Pivot Bar

I need to replace both mechanisms for my tilt windows. The part on the window was sort of "L" shaped and the part within the casement is also need replacement.Both sides of the window need replacement.Pictures (of what is left) are attached. I cannot determine what parts are required. Your item 2 ... (cont.)

I recently ordered your part # 26-353. Unfortunately they are thicker than the original and prevent the window from fully closing. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

This photo is on the bottom left of the window from the indoor side. The post has broken off on both sides of the window and I am trying to replace the parts rather than replace the window. The post that goes into the window frame is not centered in the piece. I looked at the CertainTeed Sash P ... (cont.)

The casting appears to be offset - are these handed?

I need the left pivot bar from the lower sash of a Certainteed vinyl window. Dimensions are noted in the uploaded photo. Might as well replace the right one as well. Thanks.

Hi. Here a a photo of a right certainteed internal latch that I cannot find anywhere. It is 3 1/2" long by about 11/16"can you please help me find this. Also can you help me identify the pivot arm part and new fasteners to attach them to the same windows. Than you so much! Eric

Looking for those windows hinges

It looks like your New style 26-175 but mine is narrower. Also like your 26-353 but mine are offset for left right. 16 years old windows. Any help from Is greatly appreciated. Thanks, John.

In need of a pivot bar for Certainteed double hung tilt in sash. Series NCDH

This part is at my apartments. I live 30 miles from them. I can get it later today if necessary. There was an inquiry on your site about the same part. That person said his had a part number on it, 103-28?

Is there a left and right option for this part?

This is my second time to order and still not exactly the right part. The ones you shipped are more narrow and a bit thicker. These are Certainteed windows. Appreciate any input. Aloha

Goes on a certainteed window

Please advise me on the parts I need. The window is 15 pounds and the pivot bar is broken as you can see in the pictures. This the part that is on the bottom of the window. The spring is 3/4" wide. There is a stamp on the spring, 1C J

I need 4 of these they stick out of the sash at the bottom. it is a certainteed window the part number on piece I need is 103-28

The window was manufactured by Viwinco 12/11/07. The numbers on the sash tag are: 47780260000001 071214BM816 (Bryn Mawr window) The pin has a long, rounded point Thank you!

We are in coastal San Diego. the salt air seems to have corroded the stub on the outside of the short arm of this piece. I unsecrewed the bracket from the bottom of the upper sash. That sash slid down and would not remain in place.Michael
