I can't find this latch!! and the windows are not that old. they are in an apartment complex in the high desert of California - any advice? we don't know the brand of windows installed....

I have a broken, automatic locking Wen-Lock for a Jeld-Wen vinal window. Do you have anything that would work as a replacement?

Hi, we have a sliding window that won't latch. It looks Like it does but when I slide the window it isn't locked. It appears to be 2 5/8" long and 3/4 inch deep. The latch plate appears to be 1 3/4" long by 3/4" wide. Do you have a replacement? The brand of windows is EPI 4200. Thank you. ... (cont.)

We have a large Jeld-wen window at the front of our house and one of the mechanism that control the lock/slide function has broken off (the plastic sliding tabs have broken). Hello! Jeld Wen told us they no longer have this type of window lock. Would you possibly have it? The house is about seven years old so it should still be around somewhere!!!
