Jeldwen window lock

I am hoping you can tell me what type of balance spring I need for this window. I also attached a pic of the latch that was broken.

Years ago we installed Viking double pane windows in our home. Recently the locking mechanism in the bathroom window (32" W x 20" H if it matters) broke (see pic) and I'm having a hard time finding a replacement for the lock. Do you have any suggestions?32" w20" H

Good morning, Do you by chance have these latches, or a replacement that will work? And if you only have a replacement, will it work with the OEM strike or would I need to purchase a new strike as well?

Looking for a replacement latch. no markings on the window or latch. Vinyl window and latch material. The latch dimensions are 2-3/4" wide by 1-1/4" deep. Thank you Chris

need new autolock handle plus catch (2 parts as shown above). this is a vertical sliding window: Pella I think the version is Pella 250 but I'm not 100 percent sure. How much would shipping be?
