39-529 Truth Hardware Track Slider

I think the gear mechanism for this opener jammed or got out of alignment. It was stuck in the open position so I had to remove the hardware to pull the window closed. The sticker in the picture is the only legible identification that I could find on the window. I think I need the whole gear mech ... (cont.)

Photos of in place piece. Arm has a plastic piece on a knob that broke so arm will not engage slide on window bottom track.

We have five windows that need cranks replaced. If parts are available and what cost would be. Thanks William

I believe this is a CertainTeed window. Window cranks out but not back in. The operator linkage is stamped Truth. Dimensions are as follows. Long arm is 10" Med arm is 7" Curved arm is 4.75" Hidden arm under window is 4.75" Left & right side operators needed. Thanks for your help. ... (cont.)

This black part in the picture is from one of my good windows, the other broke off from a storm or something and it's gone.
