Hi, The window like in pic 5 will barely hold a position when open, so I thought I should place the spiral balancers. I ordered 4 series 400 35" spiral balancers last week and just installed two on a window. Window now can half-hold like pic5. I wonder that i may need to change the shoes too? ... (cont.)

can you tell me what this pivot bars measurement is on the part that extends into the sash shoe from the up right window mount bar.The pictures do not give any linght of this part of the bar. Thanks Steve

I am not sure of the manufacturer, but I need 32 of these. If you have these, I also need the pivot locks on top of the window. Thanks for your help, Paul
