I have a window that is 51 1/2" W x 60 3/4" H. My window balances are broken and I need to replace them. The Length of the balance measures 28" is 1/2" wide and is ribbed. I have a dual balance low e-window. One of the balances broke and I need to replace it. The working balance measures 32inches long, 7/16 width and 7/16inch depth. Looking for replacement pivot pins for a tilt out window. The only identifying mark on the window is a GA located on the latch.

This pin holds the tilting pane in place and is inserted on the bottom of the window hold by a single screw. The pin inserts on the sash on the side of the window I have 26 similar windows hopefully they will no break

This fit the 15-045 pivot shoe I had ordered the 26-361 but it will not work mine has the pin in the middle on the back to fit into hole in the frame

I spoke with someone in customer care, and he suggested I email pictures of my channel balance. One of the channel balances broke on one side of the tilt window. It is 1/2 in by 1/2 inch and has 28F BSI AR stamped on it. I have attached 4 pictures. I believe the window has been discontinued. ... (cont.)

I just received my order, thank you! the S900-29 worked great the 15-045 Pivot Shoe fit but would not lock and my tilt pivot did not fit it. the 26-361 will not fit on the frame I will be ordering many more (16) S900-29 green tip since they worked fine but would like some standby parts.
