One of the bolts that slides into the rail is missing from the piece that is screwed into the door.

Hello Swisco, I am looking for a top mounting bracket that is currently being used with a Grant (pc 23-189) four wheel trolley. I can find no markings on the bracket so I am not even sure it is manufactured by Grant? It is 3.5" wide x .75" deep. Can you help identify? Thanks, Niko ... (cont.)
