40-177 Lever Handle With Deadbolt Set

Looking for an Inside Door Latch for a CR2S stamped on the Outside Handle with a 2 underneath. The INSIDE Door Latch has a Rod that is not removable (3/16 square x 3-3/16 Long (protruding). The Height is 2-5/16 with the screw Holes 1-3/4. Pics available upon request.

Looking for full replacement part, same finish of possible. For a customer of mine. Did not have access to the lock itself.

The handles on this storm door stopped springing back to the horizontal READY position. I figured that some sort of spring mechanism has broken.

I guess I have to replace entire door stuff in order to get a lock with key for storm door. What do you guys think?

Looks like the 40-150 on the front. Brown color for insulated storm door.

This door (registration number is gone) is 1 1/2" thick. The original door handle had a lock (not necessary to replace). It seems that the important dimension is the door thickness and the distance from the center of the holes to the door edge (1 5/8"). The door may be a Larson, it has a retractable ... (cont.)

The handle doesn't spring back and doesn't click closed. Is there a spring I can replace or do I need a new handle? Thank you
