40-177 Lever Handle With Deadbolt Set

HI Have an Emco forever storm door serial number 13611122. I need a Handle for it. It would also be nice if it came with a lock the door is 1 1/2 inches thick. Thank you for your help.

I recently moved, and would like to replace the attached storm door levers/latches. I can't locate any identifying numbers or names on the parts, or the storm door. The brass outside lever is approx. 7 inches long{plate} any help is appreciated.

Do you have this storm lock in stock and how much it is?

Hello, The dimensions of the door lock is 5/16 and 1/2in and the inside holes for deadbolt locking is 29/32. The inner part is one single piece and the outside part is 2 separate pieces. Your existing model # 40-177 has the deadbolt included. Do you offer this assembly without the deadbolt option? Please advise. color black would work fineThanks,Todd

The door latch broke a casting that holds the knob and inside lever on. As far as I can tell I need the whole assembly. The door is a Cole Sewell, I understand that the company is no longer in buisness.

1 3/4" between inside holes. 1 3/4" on outside holes. 5 1/2" on outside screws

Storm door serial number: 1825279.

No part numbers or name on the door at all. Only thing I found was "Herbst LaZar 1983" which I believe is the patent company. As shown in the pictures the plastic door latch has broken over time, no other issues.

I'm looking for a replacement part for the door knob set for this Cole-Sewell storm/screen door purchased more than 20 years ago. Outside knob and face plate were shiny brass when new.

By storm door is 1 & 1/2 inch thick. That is the easy part. The old holes are set back 1 & 1/2 inches from edge of door. Looking for new lock
