Do you carry this style of door slide?

Do you have a video on how to remove 23-215 and 23-196 doors hardware from track? I can for the life of me get 23-215 out of the track.

I have a closet door with a rusted floor track. This door has rollers that hang from the top track; at the bottom, there are rectangular plastic nylon(?) tongues that snap into the grooves of the bottom track, similar to the convex rollers, but not wheels. The sliding doors that I have contain a roller at the bottom and top. A photo is attached for each type. What part numbers should I use to purchase 2 of each type? Thanks John

The plastic part of the guide (as per photo) has worn out and needs replacing. You will note the part number =DSH20121= is clearly visible. -Can I purchase just the plastic bit? -How much will it cost to send 2 items to the UK? Many thanks J Maynard
