23-215 Bypass Bottom Guide Assembly

Part has number 20121 on it. I need a replacement and to know how I remove old part from the door. I read that it pops off but I don't see a way to do that and I don't see screws.

One of the bottom guides is broken on our sliding closet doors. They are stamped RAMTRAK ?!? Assuming the door must be removed for the broken one to be replaced? Any idea on a suitable replacement part?

I have mirrored doors that are not staying in the track. The bottom sliding door mechanism has no visible roller. I also don't see a way to remove it? No screws ?? And doesn't seem to snap off. Hello Please see the attached pics and let me know if your 23-215 would work for me. My measurements are 2 7/8", 1 9/16" and 1 5/8" , instead of your 3", 1/9/16 and 1 7/8" Also, my brackets have DNS stamped on the metal, and DNS and DNS 1H-0414 stamped on the plastic guide. Thanks Ron ... (cont.)

I am in search of replacement sliding mirrored door glides and installation/replacement instructions. Markings on the old glides are DSH-20121. Glide appears to be 1 7/8 in wide. Thanks in advance.
