On a small window I believe it was a 6. On a larger window it was a 9

The bottom section of my window that I am replacing the coil balance on is 32 inches high. Is the 9 pound Series 152 Coil Balance ( Product Code S152-9 ) long enough for this window?

Hi, I need 3 balance tapes. The current ones are stamped "E" They are 1/2 inch wide and approximately 40 inches long and copper colored. They appear to be your product code # S152-9. The coil has broken on my vinyl window. There are not any markings to indicate the manufacturer or weight. The sash is 28 X 30. Double pane.

The vinyl sash weighs 17.5 pounds and is 29.5" wide by 30.5' high. Based on remainder of the broken springs the attaching end looks like series152, is .5" wide and has the same bronze coloring. If the sash weight divided by 2 is the indicator then I will need 2 of the 9 pound coil balances. Plea ... (cont.)

I have 18 pound window, max travel 28 1/4 inches, 2ea 5/8 inch wide coil springs. Coil spring accumulator is 1 3/8 inch square-looking plastic cage 5/8 inch wide anchored to top of moving window with a #6 x 1/2 inch self-tapping screw and flat 1/2 x 1 1/2 metal tongue.
