Window brand is Radiance. The sash weighs about 18lbs. There are letters a-f vertically on the plastic piece. To the side is a F. The other side just has pat pend.

I have a Alside double hung window brokespring/shoe set but I don't know if I got theh last one from you. The pivot metal has broken. Weight 18 lbs. One original spring has '6K' stamped on the metal. Thanks.

Hi. I need help replacing a balance spring that broke. The only marking I can find on it is a 6 (or maybe a 9, see photo). Which part should I order? I have calipers and can take measurements if needed. When I weighed the sash, it was around 14 lbs, but I can weigh again if needed. ... (cont.)

The part we need looks like the one being held by a woman in the picture when I came to this site. We need to replace the coils for a window installed in a new build from about 2003. Unforetuntaly I do not live at the house with the broken window coil, so I cannot take it out for a picture. I have attached 2 pictures of the coil, hopefully that will help.
