S385-32 32" Series 385 Channel Balance

Hello, I have to replace some channel balances. The 385 and 380 series look right (1/2") width, but what is the difference between the foot pieces?15-004 and 15-005 look indentical, no guidance is available in the website.. My springs are 32" long; have 3140 stamped on them, then B.S.I stamped (at ... (cont.)

I have a window balancer block and tacle type the number on the balancer is: 31 9 cv cmc 2 The metal bar is 1/2" and measures 32" long Would it still be a series S385-32. I do not know what the options mean on the s385 block and tackle balances.
