S385-32 32" Series 385 Channel Balance

I have non-tilt, single hung windows. The windows are starting to have these sash balances falling out. Which ones should I buy to replace them? The metal length portion is 32", foot is about 1". (See pics) Markings: 31 3 LO Caldwell Will need about 8 of these. Thanks!

Hi I have received 32" series 385 channel balance and was delighted with the results, thanks. I just put in an order for 26" series 385. I have one here though that I cannot find in the 385 series. Single hung window. 9/16 wide My old balance is stamped 32B what weight option do I choose. Also, how do you accurately measure the shoe, I'm looking at either the 15-005 and 15-004. Is the measurement taken from all the outisde edges? Thank you for your help.

We are repairing a window with 1 broken channel balance. It is an aluminum frame single hung window, approximately 31" wide x 67" tall. I have not foto of the actual slide. The Milgard window measures: 30 1/2"wide by 32 1/2" long. This includes the frames and hardware The handyman says it measures 30x 32 . The balance I will need is 31 inches long and would be series 385 i can tell by the winged top and bottom pieces. I am not sure about a weight range. The stamp on the channel reads 32 9 DW CMC 4 This is for a Milgard non tilt window. The metal portion of the balance is 33". Which option under product code S385-33 do you recommend?

I measured and the metal bar is 32" long. We have Mill Guard windows. I'm not sure of what weight I should get and I don't see any markings that indicate what the other channel that is working is. Hi. I am looking for a 32" channel balance for a Philips window. Base to the first slot is 36.25". Slot to top clip is 25". Base to top clip 62". Only numbers on it are 31 5 AX CMC 9. Measures 32in long. Looking at your site appears the Series 385-32 would be the correct item. The shoe measures at 1 3/32. I will need to replace 4 of these
