do you have a balance to match 31 5 dc cmc 7 32 inch metal to metal

Number stamp on the channel is 32DS 55L, can't find that on your site. Window type 122 single hung/fixed. Might be hurricane proof.

I would like to track down a replacement sash balancer. There are no markings on the window as to the window manufacturer. The balancer is stamped 32 9, and the overall length of just the channel without the end pieces is 32 5/8" long. It is a 1/2" wide balancer. I have attached photos for reference ... (cont.)

I have 32" with a stamp that says 3240. I do not see that option but my part looks exactly like the picture of your 32", right down to the ends. What part should I order?

Hi, I have a house full of Philips Windows and am under contract to sell. The house was built new in 2000. The broken sash appears to be made by Caldwell, #31 9 38 LN. This is from a @45 s 35 non tilt double pain window. The metal channel measures 31 7/8" and is 1/2" inch wide. There are faded markings and the best I can read of them is "315" and I believe it to read Caldwell. I need two for this window, I believe the window to weigh 25-30 pounds or so. Th ... (cont.)

Hi I have received 32" series 385 channel balance and was delighted with the results, thanks. I just put in an order for 26" series 385. I have one here though that I cannot find in the 385 series. Single hung window. 9/16 wide My old balance is stamped 32B what weight option do I choose. Also, how do you accurately measure the shoe, I'm looking at either the 15-005 and 15-004. Is the measurement taken from all the outisde edges? Thank you for your help.
