32-119 Grass Adapter Bracket Pair

My home has a ton of old blum cabinets systems. Now things are breaking due to age, wear and tear. I've been looking rear mounts for a specific slide. I took photos. I'd appreciate any help you can provide

This bracket fits a glide that is 22" long, 1" wide and 3/8" deep. I am having difficulty locating a bracket that is wide and deep enough to accommodate the dimensions of this older style glide. Please help.

G6600 Need this replacement set

The plastic drawer slide has a G on it, outside of that, the track is 1" and it is 2.5" in total length including the end protrusion

they are plastic with a knob on the end that pops into a metal clip that is attached to the back of the cabinet. my picture is missing the plastic knob which broke off.
