Cabinets are Merilllat , about 30 years old. We need this part for 2 different cabinets. Do you carry this?

Here is a picture of what the sockets look like. I could not find any make or model information on the hardware.

These Merilatt cabinets were installed in 1994 and the plastic clip parts have not held up, as you can see. Need to replace about a dozen of these

The top set is from a pull-out drawer in kitchen. The bottom set is from a drawer in our den. No part numbers are displayed on the parts. These are both from cabinets installed in 1991.
