Need new brackets

Looking for these kitchen cabinet rail supports can't find them anywhere. Does anybody know if they're made by another name or can steer me in the right direction? All the ones in my cabinets are broken and the rails are now sitting on the shelf so they're not sliding properly please advise if possi ... (cont.)

I am desperately in need of help. I have 3 broken drawers, specifically the plastic bracket pieces that go on the drawer gliders have broken on my tall chest of drawers. I can't find any names or product numbers on the item. It is the spacer for a pull out drawer in a kitchen cabinet (dry storage). I need to add another shelf in my tall kitchen cabinet. To do that I need 2 spacers that attach to the side of the cabinet and the rail fir the slide out drawer. I measure on the spacer from the place that is flat against the cabinet wall to the face that attaches to the slide frame is 1 1/4". This ... (cont.)

The spacers mounted at the front of the brackets shown in the first picture all broke--I need four spacers the same dimension (& hopefully mounting holes) shown in pics 2 through 4 Hope you can help!

30 year old Woodmode Kitchen pantry slide out draw bracket

This spacer measures 1 1/4 from top to base. the screw holes in the base are 40 mm or 1 1/2 " center to center. If you have them, I will order 12. If you don't have them, please direct me to someone who might (not Bainbridge - they sent me to you.). Thanks
