Tandem sliding glass door roller 1" tall, 5/8" wide, 1 1/4" diameter concave wheel

Doors installed in 1996 by patio enclosures along with a sunroom the roller assembly housing is 5/8 inches wide by 1 inch tall and 3 inches long the stainless wheels are 1 1/2 inches in diameter the mounting hole is 1 1/16 inches from the end of the assembly. I neglected to look for part numbers. I can if you need them. My sliding glass door is tough to open. After inspecting and cleaning (somewhat) the wheels, it seems there is too much play in the wheels. I assume this means the bearings are worn out. Thank you!

Hello. Attached is a photo of one of our door rollers. Our door is a Milgard vinyl dual pane made in Feb 1993. the overall door is 8' nominal. It could be a Series 5620.
