I have an Andersen sliding patio door that i want to install a key lock on. The door, from the outside, opens to the right. Do I need a 82-317 or 82-316? Frank

Hi there. I'd like to purchase the lock for the anderson gliding door, but I'm not sure if I need right or left hand. If I'm looking at the door from the inside of the house. It slides from the right to the left. Do I need 83-317 or 82-316? Thanks!

My patio door is wooden with wooden frame, measuring 1 3/4 inches in thickness. The present lock can only be opened from inside. Hi, i am looking for a lockset for a sliding glass door, i acquired a cottage which was fitted with all Andersen windows and doors in 1985. I don't care even if it's the same color. the only numbers on the door are 9 84 which i assume is the manufacture date. Thank you Alex
