Patio door is very hard to open/close. We have used this door thousands of times letting dogs out and in again. I removed the rollers to take a picture and cleaned them but the performance was not improved

Number on the the door is PPD 2wI36.063x76.438 The roller housing is 6 3/8 inches long. The main body is 4 5/8 long. The housing is approx. 5/8 inches thick & 1 3/8 inch tall.

I am in search for this part for a sliding glass door. Have been unable to find it. No brand on the sliding glass door. Door was made 2021. So far my research has found a name silver line but that's all I've got so far. Looking to order part asap.

Looking at your part #81-156 and it aligns to all my roller's measurements except for the diameter of the concave wheels. Mine measure 1 1/2" across the face of the wheel. I just purchased a shore home and the slider does not work smoothly. Thinking the track and rollers need cleaning or replacing. Rollers shown are from neighbor's door, houses were built same time, same builder. My door is very hard to slide, especially as it gets colder. House was built in 2005.
