82-249 Sliding Glass Door Multi-Point Keeper

I ordered the 82-265 and installed it with little issues. I have found that the plate on the door frame does not mate up to the upgraded part I received. I need to get the part that goes on the door frame to get it to lock properly. Can you please help me find this part.

Measurement from center of screw hole to center of screw hole of lock is 11 inchs. The door is a Silver Line. Identification of the door is attached in a photo.

There is no brand name anywhere on the door. We've removed the entire door unit and there are no identifying markings. If there is a suitable replacement in Satin Nickel, that would be preferrable. thank you

The inner pieces of the door lock slid to the bottom of the door. An installer said I needed the part to fix it. But I don't know what the part number is to the inside lock mechanism. Help?

Hi, We think our patio glass sliding door is by Silverline. It locks but sometimes will not unlock, so we need a new lockset. Hopefully you can identify it and have the lockse. It was installed in 2014. Thank you, Eileen

We are missing the piece(bracket) that holds the door and locks it. The space between the hooks when closed is 4.75".

I recently bought a 82-260 - Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Pocket Plate, 12" from you. I did not realize it did not come with a strike plate. The existing strike plate on my door will not work. Do you have a strike plate that is compatible?

The locking latch lever on my Jeld-Wen patio door handle broke and it is not under warranty anymore. JW was not much help in finding a replacement.
