Need a new latch handle. No identifying info on door that I can find .

I need a replacement for a double mortise lock for a patio door. The overall length is 11 5/8". The distance between the middle of the upper screw and lower screw is 11". The distance between the bottom of the top latch opening and the top of the bottom latch opening is 5 1/8". The length of the ... (cont.)

The inner pieces of the door lock slid to the bottom of the door. An installer said I needed the part to fix it. But I don't know what the part number is to the inside lock mechanism. Help?

Hi, We think our patio glass sliding door is by Silverline. It locks but sometimes will not unlock, so we need a new lockset. Hopefully you can identify it and have the lockse. It was installed in 2014. Thank you, Eileen

We are missing the piece(bracket) that holds the door and locks it. The space between the hooks when closed is 4.75".

I recently bought a 82-260 - Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Pocket Plate, 12" from you. I did not realize it did not come with a strike plate. The existing strike plate on my door will not work. Do you have a strike plate that is compatible?

The locking latch lever on my Jeld-Wen patio door handle broke and it is not under warranty anymore. JW was not much help in finding a replacement.
