Hi, I am trying figure out which lock I need to replace the one in the picture. The faceplate is 11 3/4 total length and 11" between top screw. Mine also has two more screws 3" apart on the faceplate. Will this lock work for me? Will I need a new faceplate also? Thank you for your help. Justin ... (cont.)

Looking for this part there were no manufacturer imprints on the lock window or anything the two hooks that come out go upward instead of inward any help would be amazing and greatly appreciated.

I ordered the 82-265 and installed it with little issues. I have found that the plate on the door frame does not mate up to the upgraded part I received. I need to get the part that goes on the door frame to get it to lock properly. Can you please help me find this part.

Measurement from center of screw hole to center of screw hole of lock is 11 inchs. The door is a Silver Line. Identification of the door is attached in a photo.

There is no brand name anywhere on the door. We've removed the entire door unit and there are no identifying markings. If there is a suitable replacement in Satin Nickel, that would be preferrable. thank you
