Hi there, I wanted to let you know about an issue I've encountered with the patio door. Unfortunately, the key broke inside the latch, and the inner golden handle support also got damaged due to some forceful pulling. I'm hoping to resolve this myself. The latch system measures 11.75" top to bottom. The screw hole pattern for the keeper measures 9.75" top to bottom. I am looking to replace the latch keeper. Needs to be raised, not flat mount as the door casing is 1.5" deep and 1 5/8" wide. Can you assist?

I need to replace the lock on my patio sliding glass door. Pictures are attached. It's the long handle, like 11", not the short 8 1/2". It's a double latch. I can buy the entire handle, or just the lock, whatever you have.

Our dual latch mortise lock on the patio door has become unfuctional. The CTC mounting hole distance is 12 inches. We also need a matching keeper unit. Our current keeper mounting holes are 9" CTC.

Our old piece jams up. The top piece is loose and falls down on its own. I purchased a new piece from Amazon. It doesn't seem to work. Does it have to do with the added jam button?It appears it's not on our old piece, but this new piece has it.
