Our dual latch mortise lock on the patio door has become unfuctional. The CTC mounting hole distance is 12 inches. We also need a matching keeper unit. Our current keeper mounting holes are 9" CTC.

Our old piece jams up. The top piece is loose and falls down on its own. I purchased a new piece from Amazon. It doesn't seem to work. Does it have to do with the added jam button?It appears it's not on our old piece, but this new piece has it.

Hello, I am attempting to replace this handle with a keyed handle. The handle has a hole distance of 3 15/16". I am wondering if I can just replace the handle and it will be compatible with my current lock mechanism or if I need to replace both the handle and lock mechanism.

These are on a Traco sliding glass door. We can not tell who made the partsl We need new handles with lock.

The spring in the lock is no longer working. What do I need to replace and how?

I am looking for a replacement lock and keeper like the one in the included pictures. The hooks pertrude up and down when the lock is actuated.
