I am looking to replace this Sliding Door Handle. Do I need to get the exact replacement or is there another Sliding Door Handle that will work? If there is another replacement do I need to replace everything? Thanks

We purchased this door through Lowe's around 2012. I believe the part number to replace the locking mechanism is 82-265 and if required (more than likely will just go ahead and replace) the "keeper" 82-249. Also would like to know the replacement part recommended for the Handles (inside and outside ... (cont.)

I believe there are some parts that broke inside the strike bolt mechanism on the edge of the door. to describe the parts the side handle is 22 inches long and 1 1/4 inches wide at the base. The small piece that is actuated by the lever has sheared, leading me to believe the mechanism is worn and not operating smoothly. Looking for a new replacement. See photos.

Does the lock come with the metal plate that attachea to the door frame? I need this assembly, including the plastic plate the metal plate is sitting in. Thanks, Jason

I am trying to figure out what handle and mortise lock combo will work with our sliding glass door. The lock has broken and the door will no longer lock. The latch system measures 11.75" top to bottom. The screw hole pattern for the keeper measures 9.75" top to bottom. I am looking to replace the latch keeper. Needs to be raised, not flat mount as the door casing is 1.5" deep and 1 5/8" wide. Can you assist?

I need to replace the lock on my patio sliding glass door. Pictures are attached. It's the long handle, like 11", not the short 8 1/2". It's a double latch. I can buy the entire handle, or just the lock, whatever you have.
