Hi, I installed the new 82-265 mortise lock, however the lock has a safety button (that prevents the lock from locking if the door isn't completely closed) which is a little bit higher up than the previous lock safety button, preventing the lock from locking. Our sliding door lock does not properly work. As you can see from the picture, only one latch/hook works when you try to lock the door. The bottom latch/hook does not come out. 1. Which part number is this? 2. Do I also need to replace the door handle as well?

The interior lock handle broke. The screws are 6 1/4 inches apart. The overall length is 9 inches. There are no markings I can find. Do you have anything that would fit?
