82-249 Sliding Glass Door Multi-Point Keeper

I recently bought a 82-260 - Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Pocket Plate, 12" from you. I did not realize it did not come with a strike plate. The existing strike plate on my door will not work. Do you have a strike plate that is compatible?

The locking latch lever on my Jeld-Wen patio door handle broke and it is not under warranty anymore. JW was not much help in finding a replacement.

The locking mechinism suddenly broke. It broke in the lock position and we had to pry open. Cannot find replacement. Hoping you can help. Do not see any numbers or markings with our old eyes. Door is 10 years old.

Hi, I installed the new 82-265 mortise lock, however the lock has a safety button (that prevents the lock from locking if the door isn't completely closed) which is a little bit higher up than the previous lock safety button, preventing the lock from locking. I am looking to reorder all parts noted in the pictures which belong to a sliding patio door.

Our sliding door lock does not properly work. As you can see from the picture, only one latch/hook works when you try to lock the door. The bottom latch/hook does not come out. 1. Which part number is this? 2. Do I also need to replace the door handle as well?
