I just bought a house with sliding glass doors that looks to have the 82-086 handle with the 82-259 mortise and the 82-249 keeper. The mortise seems like something went wrong internally and wont lock or unlock sometime until you push the pin in. (it keeps popping back out). I was going to buy a rep ... (cont.)

Hi, hoping this is still a current part in your catalog. Outside handle broke off the studs, see photos. Only thing I've found is "Sash Controls, Canton SD", and a US patent number D466787 on the interior of the casting (did not try to disassemble the interior part). Let me know if you need more inf ... Our sliding door lock broke - it has two latches, and the top latch no longer retracts with the lock switch. Please advise what part we should get to replace the lock. Sticker on the top inside of the door says NAMI-302187
