I was able to remove the part so I can close the skylight. It gets jammed when trying to turn to closed position. Printed on back: TRUTH 40966 Made in USA Patent Pending

Speaking direct with Truth, the operator manufacturer, they indicated they have this available in a black finish. Per your site, you show white and dark bronze as only options. Please confirm if Black is an option. Product number 39-379.Thanks

I would like to know what the weight rating is for 39-379. What does it come with for the crank pocket I would need the part number for the first picture also. What is the warranty? Lastly are internal parts metal?

When closing Skylight the chain tends to Kink and Pops off the casing. The sun has slowly over time warped the casing
