Skylite operator for Paeco skylite

Skylight/Trap-door Opener Needed
I own a house with a center patio covered by a large skylight. There's a trap door to the roof towards the top of the patio. The door is high up and swings outward, with hinges at the top. Skylight operator needed
When we purchased our house one of the skylights was missing the operator. I've attached a photo here. Can anyone help us to identify a replacement? We have been unable to identify the manufacturer or any serial numbers.

Skylight hardware needed
I have a PAECO opener for a skylight where the chain linkage inside it has broken. As that company is now out of business I am looking for a replacement. The current unit is 10.75" long x 2.25" deep and about 1" tall. The chain extends ~12".
